Full Shoulder *

Shoulder Stand upright and relaxed. Measure straight across the back, from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other. Keep the tape level.

Full Sleeves *

Sleeve From the outer edge of the shoulder, run the tape down the outside of a slightly bent arm to the wrist bone.

Full Chest *

Chest Wrap the tape around the fullest part of the chest, under the arms and level across the back. Keep it snug, not tight, and breathe normally.

Waist/Stomach *

Waist / Stomach Find the narrowest part of the waist, usually just above the navel, and measure around it. Keep the tape level and do not hold your stomach in.

Hips *

Hips Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, keeping the tape level and not too tight.

Back Chest *

Back Chest From behind, measure across the back from one shoulder to the other, following the natural curve of the back.

Jacket Length *

Jacket Length From the base of the neck, measure straight down the back to where you want the jacket to end.

Pant Waist *

Pants Waist Measure around the natural waistline (about the navel), keeping the tape level and snug. It may read larger than store sizes, which is normal.

Low Hip *

Low Hip Measure around the fullest part of the hips and seat, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.

Thigh *

Thigh Measure around the fullest part of the thigh, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.

Pant Length *

Pant Length For pant length, measure from the waist to the bottom of the ankle on the outside of the leg while standing straight with feet slightly apart. Make sure the measurement tape is straight.

Bottom *

Bottom (Cuff) Finally, the trouser-cuffs measurement is taken around the narrowest part of the ankle, make sure that it is not too tight.

Biceps/Arms *

Bicep / Arm Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm. Keep the tape comfortable, not too tight.

Neck *

Neck Measure around the base of the neck and add a little room (about 1-2 cm) for comfort. The tape should just touch the skin.
