Cancellation Policy

 

At Imperial Stitch, we understand that circumstances may change after an order is placed. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how customers may request order cancellations.

Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.

If the cancellation request is received within this period and the order has not entered processing, production, or fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders Already in Processing

Once an order has entered processing, production, packaging, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Because our products are prepared and processed specifically for each customer order, we begin fulfillment shortly after an order is placed.

In such cases, Imperial Stitch reserves the right to deny cancellation requests.

 

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for information regarding eligible claims, damaged items, or incorrect orders.

 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

 

Fraud Prevention

Imperial Stitch reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests or suspend refunds in cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Abuse of our policies
  • Chargeback misuse

Additional verification may be requested before processing certain cancellation requests.
