Refund & Return Policy

 

At Imperial Stitch, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in delivering high-quality garments and carefully inspect every order before shipment. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once processing, production, customization, or fulfillment has begun, orders can no longer be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding fit, color, or style
  • Orders that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product details and sizing information before placing an order.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect product
  • An item that significantly differs from what was ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for review.

 

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, Imperial Stitch may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Exchange for the correct item
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue and the results of our review.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Imperial Stitch is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be challenged with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, shipping records, and delivery verification.
